Return & Refund Policy

Most of our apparel and merchandise is made to order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or misprinted item
If the issue is determined to be a production or fulfillment error, we will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages
If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment provider to determine the appropriate next steps.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a package to be returned, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be shipped again.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not claimed or cannot be delivered may be returned to our fulfillment facility.
If you would like an unclaimed order reshipped, you may be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Returned packages that remain unclaimed for an extended period may no longer be available for reshipment.
Sizing & Exchanges
Because most Jimmy B Fearless merchandise is produced specifically for each order, we generally do not offer free exchanges when the wrong size is ordered.
Please review the sizing chart provided on the product page before purchasing.
If you receive the size you ordered but later decide you need a different size, contact us at contact@jimmybfearless.com. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis, but replacement merchandise and shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
If you receive a size different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 30 days, as this may qualify as a fulfillment error.
Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
We generally do not provide refunds or replacements because a customer:
- Changes their mind
- No longer wants the item
- Orders the incorrect size
- Orders the incorrect color or product
- Prefers a different style after receiving the item
Because our merchandise is generally made to order, please make sure all order details are correct before completing checkout.
Before Returning an Item
Please do not mail merchandise back without contacting us first.
